Our teaching term dates follow many state school calendars. Some of our teachers are also available during holiday periods.

Our tuition prices have remained unchanged since early 2023. The 2025+ charges below apply to all lessons from September ’25.
There may be additional expenses, such as purchasing drumsticks, guitar strings, sheet music, reeds etc.
Tuition fees are paid up front. Once you have decided upon starting tuition, you will be sent a link to settle your invoice via Stripe.
A one-off registration fee of £15 is charged to all new customers.
Bespoke lesson lengths
Whereas we do not recommend lessons shorter than 20 minutes, if you have particular requirements, we’ll do everything to be able to accommodate your request. Ask for more details

GCSE, Btec & A level Music students at Harrogate Grammar School are eligible for a 40% discount on the cost of their Encore! Instrumental & Vocal tuition at HGS. This can be transferred to tuition with Harrogate Music School and deducted from your termly invoice.
